Any holder of a Sampath Bank Visa & Master Gold and Platinum,Visa Signature or Visa Infinite credit cards and Sampath BankAmerican Express® Platinum Ultramiles and American Express Everyday cards, issued by Sampath Bank PLC, who is no more than 75 years of age and/or his/her Immediate Family and who has purchased their return air tickets using the said cards or if Sampath bank Card Holder’s Credit Card usage is a minimum of LKR 100,000 for Gold Cards and Platinum Cards. LKR 50,000 for Classic cards for the Gold benefit during the preceding 12 months
