Claims Procedure for Personal Accident

You need to intimate the claim to the Fairfirst Non-Motor Claims Department
Insurer
We’ll arrange inspections as and when required
Insurer
We’ll issue the claim form and ask you for required documents
Insured
Complete the claim form and submit all required documents to our Non-Motor Claims Department
Insurer
Once we have evaluated all documents, we’ll release the settlement
Insurer
The final payment will then be released to you!
