Dear Policyholder

Our records indicate that the full premium on the mentioned policy remains unpaid as at date.

In terms of the premium payment warranty clause imposed on all policies, the policy and the insurance cover therein become automatically null and void from the inception following nonpayment of full premium within the 60 days from the inception of the policy.

Please note that the above policy is cancelled from the inception, and we will not be liable for any claim devolving thereon.

In the event you have already paid the full premium to us, please advise the date of payment, and the receipt or cheque number including the name of the bank and the branch.
