Claims Procedure for Home

• Insured
  First, contact our Call Centre or the Fairfirst Non-Motor Claims Department to report your claim.
• Insurer
  We’ll then arrange an inspection when required.
• Insurer
  Subsequently, a claim form will be issued to you, along with a request for required documents.
• Insured
  Complete the claim form and submit all required documents our Non-Motor Claims Department
• Insurer
  Once the evaluation is completed, we will share the settlement offer with you.
• Insurer
  The final payment will then be released to you!
