Colombo, Sri Lanka, 23 April 2025:<\/strong> Taking meaningful action to support safer public transport for women, Fairfirst Insurance partnered with the National Transport Commission (NTC) to spearhead a Women\u2019s Safety Awareness Campaign that reached communities across all nine provinces.<\/p>\n

As part of this nationwide drive, Fairfirst Insurance teams joined hands with NTC representatives to install specially designed safety stickers in public buses. These stickers display critical hotline numbers, offering immediate access to assistance for women who may encounter distressing or unsafe situations during their commute. The initiative serves as a proactive step toward reducing incidents of harassment and ensuring a more secure travel experience for women.<\/p>\n
